Lang River Boutique gladly accepts returns, and will issue store credit for the purchased amount of the item(s) excluding shipping fees. When returning an item, please take note of the following.
Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense for return shipping.
- Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued unless further reviewed and granted by Lang River Boutique Management.
- Store credit will be given for the purchased price of all eligible returned merchandise. This does not include any shipping fees. (see below).
Returns must be received in original condition with any original tags still attached and be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have any stains, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return will not be accepted and will not receive store credit.
Returns must be post marked within 10 days of the date you receive your shipment. No exceptions. Any returns postmarked after 10 days of the date you receive will be rejected, and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
- Notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org of your return before mailing it back to us.
- Returns will be processed after we receive and inspect items to ensure they meet return requirements. Once your return is processed you will receive an email with your store credit.
- NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS are any sale items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bralettes, Slips, Socks, Bath and Body Products.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. All damaged items will be replaced if item is still available. If item is no longer available you will receive a store credit for amount of original purchase. Please contact email@example.com for assistance on all damaged items.
Exchanging for a different size of the same item --
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of your wish to exchange. Return the original order size to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- A store credit will be issued if the size of the specific item has been sold out.
Exchanging for a complete different Item --
- If you’d like to exchange your purchase for a complete different item, please contact us at email@example.com to send your return back. We will then issue store credit to you, making it easy for you to purchase your desired item.
ALL SALE ITEMS, INTIMATES, JEWELRY, CAMISOLES, SOCKS and BATH&BODY are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
